Delivery Costs are built into our pricing for retail customers who spend over $10,000.00 USD. If spending under $10,000.00 USD there is a flat fee.

For Vendors the delivery cost is free to the closest freight shipping port. Free trucking to the Vendor location is included for orders over $100,000.00USD within the Lower 48 States of America. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico.

Retail Customer outside of the areas listed above will have additional shipping charges to be determined. Retail Order outside of the above listed areas will not ship until shipping payment is paid in full. 

Vendors outside of the above listed areas are responsible for trucking from their closest shipping port to their warehouse or facility.

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Stripe. As well as direct bank transfers. Call or Email us to get our forwarding information.

We are currently working with setting up Apply Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, & Samsung Pay. 

Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks for retail customers. Due to increased demand retail orders will take 4-6 weeks. For vendors deliveries normally are 3-6 weeks. Due to increased demand vendor deliveries will take 6-8 weeks. We do offer air freight for expedited delivery for vendors at an added cost. 

Yes, all of your data is secured under SSL protocol. We do not save buyer and purchasing information from orders or inquiries. 

Retail orders will be sent to the nearest fulfillment center and be shipped to the address provided. 

Vendor orders will be sent a tracking number for their shipment so collection of the material can be scheduled by the vendor for pick up at the designated port of the Vendors’ choosing. 

If you qualified for free trucking then we will provide additional tracking information on the truck heading your way. 

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email once your order is placed. You will also receive an email when your payment is processed and cleared.
